There is ample space in the park and large groups are sub-divided into smaller groups for more personalised instruction by our experienced team of instructors. We split into less than ten persons per group with ample social distancening between participants. Outdoors, fresh air and deep, long, slow breathing is ideal for the relaxed and natural flow of energy in these unsusual times.
Please Note: We also incorporate qigong exercises into our taichi instruction
There are no Covid restrictions on group gatherings at present.
If the situation should change, no money or classes will be forfeited in the event of any cancellations due to Covid restrictions. Extra classes will be added at the end of the nine week course
to make up for any cancelled class.
