Introduction to Qigong as Meditation in Movement.
This workshop on Saturday 26th September 2026
from 9.00am – 12pm at The Labyrinth Centennial Park Sydney
for joint mobility, movement, meditation, better coordination and improved balance.
This workshop will focus on the basic essentials for understanding movement
as meditation and will introduce students to the core principles of Qigong

A focus on awareness, understanding, breathing and visualisation techniques
will help to promote a deeper sense of relaxation and focus.
