Health Benefits
Relaxing and regulating the central nervous system through movement.
Promotes physical and mental well-being and releases emotional and physical stress accumulated through work or other anxieties.
A focus on awareness, understanding, breathing and visualisation techniques
will help to promote a deeper sense of relaxation and focus.
These movements generate a feeling of well-being; of relaxation,
which occurs through the gentle releasing of muscle tension
and the opening of the joints.
