9- To realise the deep inner self and to investigate the ideas of spirit, soul and source.

10- Vertical movements (Yin) represent the deeper part of the mind, which convey ideas and is useful in understanding philosophy, improving meditation and contemplation. Horiziontal movements are Yang and is the space and way in which we train.


taichi training sydney

Regular public tai-chi weekly classes are held throughout the year (we train in all weather conditions). Monthly taiji weapons classes are also held on the third week of every month on Saturdays at 7.30am in Centennial Park Sydney for students who have been training for at least six months or two terms. weapons include short and long stick, straight and broadsword and the fan form.
