Join our one day beginners Tai Chi workshop or sign up for a nine-week course where we offer our unique instruction method by our experienced team of instructors.
There is ample space in both Centennial Park and Grant Reserve Coogee so large groups are sub-divided into smaller groups.. All levels practice for one hour and intermediate and advanced students continue for approximately another thirty minutes.
WHAT TO BRING:
Loose clothing, something to drink and warm clothes (if cold weather).

Qigong Spring Workshop on Saturday September 26th 2026 from 9am -12pm in the beautiful surrounds of Centennial Park Sydney, adjacent to the Labyrinth. Learn Dynamic and Passive qigong, improve your health and longevity.
By breathing, movement, visualisation, meditation and relaxation, these exercises offer a gentle but process of understanding the qigong method of training which enables the body to increase it;s flow of energy.
This Workshop includes qigong, movement and meditation exercises for improved joint mobility, movement, meditation. Shaking, laughing and ground exercises included. For senior students and by Invitation only.
